Edison currently spends his days eating, sleeping, smiling, looking around, and trying to stay cool (in a physical sense). The new air conditioner in the house has helped a lot, especially since the temperatures here seem to have gotten worse in the last month (I didn't know that was possible).
He's getting on a pretty good sleep schedule - he doesn't try to stay up playing at night as much now. Usually he just gets up a couple of times to eat and goes right back to sleep. He does spend a lot of time during the day awake though, which is great. We're waiting for some board books to arrive so we have more things to look at when he is awake. For now we look at the book "Fish Face" - which is photos of differnt fish faces up close. Sometimes it makes him cry though.
I have to go back to work this Friday, which I am NOT looking forward to. At least it will just be part time for the month of June, giving us some time to adjust to me being away. We'll see how it goes.
We have tons of photos and videos that I should figure out how to link in here. Actually it was the number of emails Damon was sending to everyone that motivated me to make this blog - so people can choose to look instead of being inundated with emails :) I'll put up some of my favorite photos first (although Damon has most of them), and links to the videos we have on YouTube. Hopefully I'll get better at this with time!
